Problem-solving
Our company solves problems from the base upwards. A cus-tomer’s idea results in a device ready for supply. We use our know-how to design devices optimally and as inexpensively as possible. This means that we can deal with design and drawing representation, material selection, purchase of standard parts and fabrication and installation of the parts at the end of the process, all from under one roof. We can, of course, work in close cooperation with our customers on request and develop complex system solutions together.
Manual tipping table
The manual tipping table is used as an extension if a swivelling axis is not available in order to fabricate precise angled milling and drill holes on any machine. An Allmatic NC bench vice can be fixed to the tipping table transversely or longitudinally. The table can also be optionally fitted with a nonius or a digital angle measuring device.
Precision transport ring
The transport ring for a high-precision chemically nickel-plated measuring device is manufactured with absolute minimum bearing and tolerance deviations.
Thickness measuring device
This device is used for measuring the thickness of leather while it is undergoing processing. As the measurement requires a high degree of concentric running accuracy on the part of the wheel, several tests were required to achieve this concentric running accuracy. Further problems were caused by the conditions in which the measuring machine has to work. In this case, the surroundings contained alkalis, which placed special requirements on the material and bearing seals.
Miniature vice
This device is a rapid-clamping miniature vice. It is used for CNC fabrication on the fourth and fifth axes. The vice is mounted directly on the part head for these axes. It is an extremely precise vice which enables fabrication to accuracies of thousandths of a millimetre
(insofar as the machine accuracy permits this).
Slot nozzle glue applicator
Optimisation of an infinitely variable slot nozzle glue applicator through the use of material and production revisions, in addition to the minimisation of manufacturing tolerance so that swapping of individual parts between individual nozzles was possible (spare part problems).
